Our Commitment
The Board of Directors is committed to ensuring the mission, vision, and goals of In My Shoes are met.

The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 5:30 - 7:00PM. The Board also meets for a half of day in January to examine the organizations progress and to plan the Board's annual Board Retreat.

The annual board retreat is a day and half where board members come together with staff to plan for the future of In My Shoes. Although the retreat is an extensive amount of work, the board also takes the time to reflect on the original idea of In My Shoes and celebrates the organizations accomplishments.

The In My Shoes board of directors is currently looking to fill three seats on the Board of Directors. All individuals are encouraged to apply. The Board will give special consideration to alumni and those with experience in fundraising and in finance. Please fill out a volunteer interest form.
