David Bradley 

David Bradley is a member of the Arizona State Legislature, Chief Executive Officer of La Paloma Family Services, Inc and a licensed counselor (State of Arizona).  He is the father of four and the grandfather of five.  Mr. Bradley is married to Debbie D’Amore, a career educator who is currently the Deputy Pima County School Superintendent in Tucson, Arizona.

A Navy veteran, David has been working in child welfare and mental health services for over twenty-seven years, practicing as a mental health therapist and administrator throughout southern Arizona.  For the last fifteen years, Mr. Bradley has directed a non-profit agency that provides foster home care for approximately 200 children on any given day.  In previous positions David has been the administrator of a rural psychiatric hospital, a child and adolescent therapist and social worker for the child protective service system in Arizona.

David holds degrees in management, education and counseling and is often asked to speak to various groups about these topics as well as legislative issues confronting the State of Arizona.  Mr. Bradley is the author of a book, Management by Essay, which is a compilation of essays written to this child welfare staff over a ten year period of time.

As a state legislator Mr. Bradley is recognized as a leader in the issues of child welfare, mental health and substance abuse treatment.  He has authored legislation in the areas of foster care educational services, anti-bullying policies, health care ethics and cord blood stem cell storage.
