Chris Casey

Teva's are my favorite shoes to wear. They are comfortable, durable, and they reflect my coming of age in the 60's.  A lot has changed since the 60's! In the 26 years I worked for CPS and the 13 years I managed the Arizona Young Adult Program, I have witnessed the coming of age of many youth. It was a great experience to interact with young adults of tomorrow. Through my years of experience, I have also helped to create many programs which enhance the lives of youth growing up in the foster care system.

In My Shoes is one of the programs I am a founder of. I was a member of the original group that gathered many years ago to help create the In My Shoes Program. I consider it a privilege to be a founding Board member. It is an honor to work beside so many dedicated youth, alumni, and allies who truly want to make a difference in the lives of children and youth growing up in the foster care system.
